Institutional Development and Capacity Training sit in UVEC’s advisory service list alongside feasibility studies, grid studies, technical due diligence and environmental and social impact assessment. They are not a separate product line: they are delivered on the same engagements, by the same engineers.
In the operations phase the same capability appears as operational readiness and staff training, one of the services under Operation & Strategy in UVEC’s O&M advisory scope, the point at which a client’s own team has to take the plant over and run it.
